Weblogic 12c Installation

In this post, I will show you how to install the best ever application server (Weblogic 12c).

For this you need to download the Weblogic 12c installation kit.

You have to download the installation kit from the below mention link.

http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/middleware/weblogic/downloads/index.html

oepe-indigo-installer-12.1.1.0.0.201112072225-12.1.1-win32.exe

Double Click on the setup file to begin installation.

Click Next.

Specify the location and click Next.

Remove the checkbox, dialog box open click Yes.

Remove the checkbox, dialog box open click Yes.

Click Next.

Click Next.

Click Next.

Click on Done.

Installation Completed. 

Check the 12c console and enjoy the world of Weblogic 12c.

Oracle Database 11g R2 installation

In this post, I will show you how to install Oracle Database 11g R2.

For this you need to download the latest version of installation kit.

You can download for the below mention link.

After download the installation kit you can find the below mention two zip files.

Win64_11gR2_database_1of2.zip

Win64_11gR2_database_2of2.zip

Now, we can start our installation.

You click on the setup file to begin the installation.

On this screen, you can remove the check box and find out the dialog box open.

Click yes on the dialog box.

Select the first radio button and Click Next.

You can select your option between Desktop/Server and click Next.

In this screen you can change the file structure and the Character set.

Enter the Global database name e.g. orcl

Enter sys password and Click Next.

Click Next.

Click Finish.

Installation is in process.

Suddenly, you have found the above screen error. I will explain the root cause of that problem.

You can only copy all the files from this folder 

(win64_11gR2_database_2of2/database/stage/components/) and paste into this location (win64_11gR2_database_1of2/database/stage/components/).

and then again restart the installation from the beginning.

Copy the Enterprise Manager Database Control URL and paste into the separate txt file for your reference.

Installation Completed. Click Close.
